Here are cropped versions of my two latest studies with different but related palettes. One is in a sense the opposite of the other. I was surprised that the compositions felt connected as well, even though I used a random number generator (with parameters) to design the paintings. But in my experience working with chance in my art, the line between synchronicity and chaos is thin. Whether that is due to our minds or the world, or both, is debatable.
