My new series, Accidentica, explores how images are generated digitally, psychologically, and naturally. Pixels of various colors contrast and blend together to form main areas of light and dark that are often best seen from a distance. Also, the randomness of invisible atmospheric noise guides the creation of these shapes. Along with the mind, chance becomes a medium for making art, or rather, the Earth becomes a direct, intelligent, collaborator.
